PRODUCT UPDATE
The GME Administrator profile has been redesigned.
ResQ has released a significant update to the GME Administrator profile. The institution-wide interface has been rebuilt for a cleaner, faster experience, and several capabilities have been added or expanded — giving GME offices stronger real-time visibility into resident work hours, ACGME compliance, and well-being across every program.

What changed
Fewer clicks to the answer
The previous interface took more navigation to reach the numbers that matter. Compliance status, early warnings, and wellness data now surface on the landing dashboard.
Built for institution scale
Moving between the full institutional picture and any single program is now a single click.
Live, not retrospective
Real-time flags replace after-the-fact reporting, so the GME office sees risk while a schedule can still be changed.

IN THE REDESIGNED GME VIEW
What the rebuilt institution view puts in front of you
The redesign reorganizes the GME profile around the questions the office actually opens it to answer. New and expanded in this release:
- A unified dashboard showing active residents, Wellness Scores™, and three ACGME violation types across every program
- One-click filtering from the full institutional view down to any individual program
- Institution-level early warning that flags potential violations in real time
- Cross-program WorkTime™ Summary reports — by program, PGY level, WorkZone™, or resident — with Excel export
- Enhanced WorkZone™ management, with live trainee counts and hour totals by clinical site
- Streamlined onboarding for new programs, plus administrator and resident management from the GME view
- Wellness Scores™ rolled up from individual trainees to programs to the institution
WHY IT MATTERS
From assembling the picture to acting on it.
Surfacing compliance status and early warnings on arrival changes what a GME office can do with them. Rather than reconstructing the institution’s position after a rotation closes, the office sees risk building while there is still time to adjust a schedule — and the same underlying record supports well-being conversations instead of only documentation.
Automated recording continues to do the collection work underneath all of it, as it always has. What is new is how quickly the redesigned view turns that record into something you can act on.

Hours continue to sync automatically with MedHub, New Innovations, and Medtrics — no changes to existing workflows.
