Get started
From first conversation to first recorded hour.
ResQ records resident and fellow duty hours automatically and turns them into evidence your program can stand behind. Getting there takes a short demo, a map of the places your trainees actually work, and a launch date.

Licensed annually, at program or institution level, and priced on trainee census. Talk to us for a figure for your program.

What you are getting
Three products, one recorded hour.
Everything starts with hours the app records on its own. What you do with them afterwards is where the products differ.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself.
Most institutions go from first conversation to residents recording hours without changing any of the systems they already run.
Demo. Thirty minutes with the ResQ team, using your own programs and sites as the example rather than a generic sandbox.
Scope. We map the WorkZones™ your trainees actually work in and confirm which programs are in scope. Trainee census sets the license.
Agreement. An annual license, commonly on a multi‑year term, held by the program or by the institution.
Launch. We stand up your own server, configure your WorkZones™, and residents download the app and sign in with your Institution ID.
What’s included
One package, and one upgrade above it.
There are no feature tiers to compare and no WorkZones™ to count. Everything ResQ does today comes in a single package. AffiliateView™ will be the one thing you can add to it.
WorkTime™ Automation + Awareness & Analytics
The full platform, for every program on the license.
- Monitored WorkZones™ — unlimited
- Program administrator users — unlimited
- Cloud archiving of logs — 3 years
- Reporting time range — 1 year
- All three reports, including WorkZone Daily Detail — hours per trainee, per day, at any one site
AffiliateView™
For institutions reconciling host site hours and cost across affiliate agreements.
- Every affiliate site together, rather than one site per report run
- Recorded hours set against what the agreement anticipated
- Cost attached, so the hours and the money sit in one place
- Built on the same recorded hours, with nothing extra to collect
WorkZone Daily Detail is included as standard and shows one site at a time. AffiliateView is the version that does the whole affiliate network at once, with cost attached.

Before you ask
What does it cost?
Pricing follows the number of trainees covered and whether you are licensing one program or the whole institution. There is no public price list because a ten‑resident program and a twelve‑hundred‑trainee institution are not the same purchase. Ask and we will give you a figure for your census.
How long does launch take?
The work is mapping your WorkZones™ and confirming which programs are in scope. Once that is agreed, we stand up your server and residents download the app. We will give you a realistic date during scoping rather than a number on a web page.
Do we have to replace our residency management system?
No. ResQ synchronizes hours to your existing RMS, including MedHub and Medtrics. It records the hours; your RMS stays where it is.
What do residents have to do?
Download the app once and sign in with your Institution ID. After that, hours record on entry to and exit from a WorkZone™. Every hour stays visible and editable, and AwayMode™ covers time that should not be recorded.
Are residents tracked?
No. ResQ records entry to and exit from the WorkZones™ your institution has defined. It is a time clock tied to places, not a record of where someone goes.
Can we start with one program and expand?
Yes. Plenty of institutions start with a single program and widen the license later. Basic upgrades to Premium without a migration.
Is this a compliance determination?
No. ResQ shows what it recorded against the thresholds your institution has configured. Confirming ACGME compliance remains the institution’s responsibility, and the current Common Program Requirements should always be the reference.
Start with a thirty-minute look.
We will walk through ResQ using your own programs and sites, and tell you what it would cost for your census.
