WorkTime™ Weekly Analytics
The week, summarized and sent.
Every week ResQ emails a summary of the week just finished — to each resident about their own hours, and to program administrators about the program as a whole. Nobody has to log in to find out where they stand.

Scoped to the reader
The same week, told two ways.
Nobody receives more than their role requires. Residents see themselves. Administrators see the program, never a running commentary on one person’s wellbeing.

ResQ Wellness Score™
One number for how the week actually went.
Hours alone do not describe a week. Eighty hours across six shifts with real rest between them is a different week from eighty hours with a two‑hour turnaround in the middle. The Wellness Score™ reflects the shape of the week, not just its total.
Who sees a Wellness Score™
Residents do not receive a Wellness Score™ in their weekly email. Program administrators see an average across the program, so the score is used to spot a rotation that needs attention rather than to rank individuals.
Who it reaches
Delivered, not fetched.
Residents and fellows
A weekly account of their own hours, so the first sign of an 80‑hour problem is not a conversation with the program director.
Program Directors and Coordinators
The program’s week in one email, with violation counts, an average Wellness Score™ and the underlying data attached.
GME administrators and DIOs
The same weekly rhythm across every program in the institution, alongside the live dashboards in Awareness & Analytics.
Before you ask
Do residents see a Wellness Score™?
No. Residents receive their hours, their averages and the compliance checklist. The Wellness Score™ appears only in the program administrator’s email, as an average across the program.
Where does the data come from?
Hours recorded automatically by WorkTime™ Automation as residents enter and leave WorkZones™, plus any hours a resident has added or edited themselves. Nothing is compiled by hand.
Can we get the underlying data, not just the summary?
Yes. The program email carries a download link, and the Reports tab covers the same ground in more detail whenever you need it.
Can someone stop receiving it?
Yes — every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Is this a compliance determination?
No. The checklist reflects what ResQ recorded against the thresholds your institution has configured. Confirming ACGME compliance remains the institution’s responsibility, and the current Common Program Requirements should always be the reference.

Where this sits.
Need a Wellness Score™ for every trainee rather than the program average? The Trainee Wellness Summary report gives you exactly that, on demand — see the Reports tab in Awareness & Analytics, or how Program Directors and Coordinators work with it day to day.
