ResQ Medical is a mobile-based healthcare solutions company that develops tools to empower healthcare providers, simplify workflow, and enhance well-being.

The company was formed after one of its co-founders — himself a resident physician — experienced first-hand the frustration of balancing patient care with the ever-increasing administrative demands of modern medical education.

Physicians-in-training and their institutions were being pulled in opposing directions. Hospitals worried about lawsuits, regulatory infractions, and bad publicity. Residents labored to document hours worked, patients seen, procedures performed, tests completed, and lectures attended — all in disparate, clumsy paper forms and archaic programs. Too often, time at the bedside was the thing that got sacrificed.

ResQ’s patented technology streamlines that documentation and keeps the focus of medical education where it belongs: on patient care and learning medicine.
