Use the ResQ Wellness Score™ To Monitor And Identify Burnout Before It Happens

ResQ Wellness Score™

Monitor Resident and Program Wellness Automatically.

The ResQ Wellness Score™ is a proprietary algorithm estimating the level of resident burnout due to accumulated work hours, shift duration, and the duration of breaks between shifts. This data is collected and analyzed automatically by the ResQ system.

The score correlates to the potential level of burnout on a weekly basis. If the number is high (near 100), it means the resident is less likely to be at the burn out stage. If low (near 20), there is a higher likelihood of burn out. This proprietary estimate is provided to residents in an effort to help maintain a healthy work-life balance by identifying causes of burnout, before it happens.

The score can be produced for residents over any period of time (week, month, year) as a tool to objectively estimate the overall health and well-being of a Program or Institution.
